Im Taking my first trip by bus early december 2009, but the website doesn't provide adequate Information & Their Phone Services Are Near Impossible To Contact A Real Person Here's The Info I Need: What Will I Need To Expect Before Boarding? What Personal Information Will I Need To Provide Them, If I Need To Provide Anything(im 22yrs old) Baggage Procedure(none of my baggage Is Over 50lbs)(5 suitcases & computer bag) Im Purchasing My Ticket Online But Don't Have A Printer, Do I Need A Printer To Be Able To Get My Ticket When Purchasing Online? Baggage Search(Do They Search Through Everything?(No I Have No Illegal Items) & is there a certain way i need to pack my items? Such as shampoo & hygiene items) What Are The Chances Of Losing My Baggage?(Going From MN to NC)(I Have All Baggage Marked With Contact Tags) Do I Need To Speak To The Luggage Handler About My Baggage Upon Bus Changes(If Any) I Just Want An Easy Enjoyable Trip Without Any Complications Please Answer ASAP & As Best To Your Knowledge as possible, I Would Greatly Appreciate It Thank You P.S. 1. SImple pack light. a small carry on bag. Don't take anything you don't want stolen. Take cash, mostly singles for vending machines. You need a printer for the online ticket unless yu have a reservation confirmation. Ask abut discounts, some ticket agents don't mention them if you don't ask. Take some tunes and something to read. Don't expect courtesy from other passengers, there are no seat assignments, it's first come first get.
