does greyhound go from canada to US?

I want to go from Ottawa, to NJ. Would that be possible on a greyhound, or another bus service. Or are there any trains that would do that? The place is in Millville, NJ.

2. You'll have to get to Montreal from Ottawa, first. There are bus services that go from Montreal to the Canada - USA border and beyond to New York City. You'll probably have to transfer buses there. You can buy a bus ticket from New York City to Millville. You'll probably have to travel from New York City to Philadelphia and then to Millville. Amtrak's "Adirondack" service travels daily Montreal - New York City (Penn Station) until 10 November. You transfer trains in New York City, going to Philadelphia. Connecting Train or Bus Service should be available there to Millville. Once you get to New York City, an alternative is to take a bus to Atlantic City, NJ. You may get connecting bus or train service to Millville from there.
