Is there one main greyhound bus station in Philadelphia?

I've just purchased a ticket online for a ride from Philly to Minneapolis and as an outsider, am a little unsure as to exactly where in Philly this bus would depart. There are 3 or 4 different Philadelphia greyhound locations listed on their site. Any ideas? Thanks

1. The main Philly greyhound terminal is in center city, at 10th and Filbert (one block up from Market). Your bus probably departs from there. Just checked the greyhound website. I don't know what those other stops are. The one at 1001 Filbert is the main terminal.
2. It's more like 11th and Filbert. It's not that far from the Market East station.
