How come white people don't tip shuttle bus drivers?

When you drive an airport shuttle they usually do curve to curve service or they take people from the bus to the parking lot on a bus, But when the drivers carry there luggage for them, the white people are too cheap to leave a tip, why is this?

Guurl, I was gettin on da bus today and ma weave got hitched in da door and it fell off.
maybe it's YOU. keep on complaining about it and you will stay a bus driver because white people are here to stay. deal with it.
Some people will tip some won't stop generalizing just be thankful you not a waiter(they live off tips)
you probably just suck. i dont tip bus drivers at airports, because i grab my own luggage.
because we forget or are too stupid to realize that you might be wanting one. being us, we would rather not tip than tip when it is inappropriate *a very good reason. especially if you are of color, we would be very afraid of offending you by handing you money. we wouldn't want you to think it is because of your color and we "think you need it" because that would be very rude. and if you are dressed very nicely, it can make it even harder for us to hand you money, because it seems like a slap in the face (when in reality you are hoping for one and we just don't know it.) in essence (with the color scenario), this is very sad because it remains still because of color that we may not pay you fairly. ...but it is not because we dislike you. its a very troublesome societal factor that ive noticed recently.
