What routes do you take to get from Boston, MA to Dover, NH (by bus and minimal walking to bus stops)?
I would like to take a bus or train (or a mix of both) from Boston to Dover or Manchester (either is fine) and I attend Boston University (so the T is accesible). Can you please give a bit of a detailed route of how to get there? I am not very familiar with out of state transfering by bus and train.

- Well, you could take Amtrak's "Downeaster" for US$19 one way fare from North Station to Dover (Green Line inbound to North Station but you must switch to a C or E car at Copley). Or C&J Bus from South Station to Dover for US$18 (Green Line inbound to Park St. then Red Line (Braintree or Ashmont train) to South Station, Frankly, for the extra buck, I'd take the train. Concord Coach will get you to/from South Station - Manchester, NH. ~US$13 one way.
