If not able to work (in profession-Charter Bus Driver) due to surgery, am I eligible for Disability?

Have spinal stenosis and continued driving would result in more abuse and damage to my back. Am on meds, but still having complications with pain and osteoarthritis and inflammation. Don't have to do anything stressful for back to start having severe muscle spasms.

1. What type of disability? If you have a private insurance policy you may qualify, but you would need to read the specifics of the policy. If you are talking about Social Security disability, you have to be unable to do ANY type of work, not just your past type of work, to be considered disabled.
