Want to know the bus routes from Yamuna Vihar to Gulmohar Park, Near Hauz Khas?

I am looking forward for the help to visit Gulmohar Park which is near to hauz khas and I have to start my journey from Yamuna Vihar which is near to Bhajan Pura (east Delhi). I dont mind to change any number of buses in between but willing to know how to reach gulmohar park. Any help will be appreciated.

1. From Yamuna Vihar, u have a plenty of buses to Cannaught Place. from CP, no. 620 goes to Hauz Khas. frequency of 620 is too good.
