Can I turn right at a green light if there is a school bus stopped on the left hand?
Coming from a one way street onto a 2 lane road, if there is a school bus stopped on the left of an intersection, can I make a right hand turn from the light?

- I suppose you can.
- Perhaps. However, out of respect and caution, I would stop. After all, what if it were your kids getting off the bus and somebody was turning? Your children didn't see the driver, and they collide. Not something I would want for my child.
- if it doenst have that stop sign out, then feel free. but if it does then the bus driver can get your license number and a short discription of what you look like, and either suspend your license or just give you a ticket.
- Yes. As long as you are not physically passing the side of the bus, you may turn. However, I would caution you that kids will be kids, and may run across your street in front of you.
- why would you be able too? the school busses dont pick up kids in the middle of the street! they do it on the right side and if the school buses red lights are not flashing you will be okay (differnet story if they are)
