Considering the protesters paid for charter bus services to DC, is that a sign that the economy is improving?
Wow over 60,000 people had the disposable income to travel to DC,by private charter bus, plane, or gas money to drive, on a non-holiday weekend. That sounds like Obama's plan is improving the economy to me.

- LOL
- no, it just shows that some people work and savee their money for important things. most bus companies do not take food stamps.
- that was a tea party selective service.they chartered non union buses.or didn't you get that memo.
- Actually, a lot of witnesses at the event saw them being bussed in by Tea Party organizations such as Freedom Works who is funded by private corporations who want to create the illusion that there is a lot of anger against President Obama's health care plan. Manufacturing Dissent in it's literal form.
- No, what that means, is that those 60 thousand people are willing to FIND A WAY to go and fight for what they believe in. You know, like the American flag, God, fighting for their country and the RIGHTS that are and have been theirs for 200 hundred years? Yeah!
- I read that one woman sold a bunch of stuff at a church sale to go there despite the fact that she was worried about her mortgage. ...that is so fiscally irresponsible, they should have turned her back... is this typical of the people protesting??? "I'd rather yell and hold a sign that equates Obama to a nazi than keep a roof over my kids' house." Sort of like people in the hood who are on foodstamps, but will save up to get $2500 rims for their car. Isn't it ironic? But to answer your question, I feel like the economy has gotten considerably better.
- Really how did they get them Big Harley's on the Bus? You are pathetic. Like 0bummer
- and the white house didn't even offer cookies and milk for them.......and the alternative to what you say is the government funder liberal parties?.........
- Sounds like the DC hotels and restaurants had a good weekend.
