Whats the best way to travel to mexico bus or Air plane?

I want to go to Culiacan, sinaloa, mexico in December of this year. i want to know whats cheaper and safer for me. ( Im 19 by the way :D) this is going to be my first time going to mexico by my self. Also what are the best air lines & Buses to pick :) and whats the best plane that wont have so much turbulence! I hate that! Thanx :D Awesome thanx for the answer :D

1. Flying is certainly faster and more comfortable. Turbulence cannot be predicted and is caused by weather conditions...type of plane would not make a difference. If you need to travel cheaper, the bus system in Mexico is excellent, clean, comfortable and safe. Which Mexican bus line you take depends on which border city you leave from. Tufesa is one line that goes to Culiacan and has connections in some U.S. cities too.
