getting around denver colorado!?

okay so i need to be able to get from castle rock colorado to lakewood colorado by bus or subway or metro or something. i cannot drive and no one can drive me. i can not take a taxi because they are too expensive. please help me find routes and schedules and everything. thanks soo much!
