What are the best vitamins to take on a european bus tour?
I'm going away for a month on a bus tour around Europe and apparently EVERYONE gets sick at one time or another. I wanted to lower my chances by taking multi vitamins and/or immune booster tablets. does anyone have any suggestions for the best vitamins to take??

- Start with a C500 daily with a Bcomplex as well. Also take a magnesium supplement, daily, minimum 400mg. What you'll want to do is take the following herbs. Take a Cayenne capsule daily for the rest of your life. Its effects can not be surpassed by anything. Its loaded with vitamins naturally and is (if taken daily), almost full proof for not getting sick. Also try to get some thyme in your diet. Most recently rated the most potent detox herb out there. This also means for sickness. And every 2 to three days take a ginger root capsule. This is excellent for the digestive tract and also purification of the blood. Last but not least, try Apple Cider Vinegar. 2 tea spoons daily for life. I have used these herbs for years and can guarantee results with the above written. You will also notice tons more energy, almost no depression, better hair and nails and so on. Note: The Cayenne may bother your stomach the first 2 days. Maby even some pretty heavy gas pains.
