How do I take a tour bus through Paris?

Will be driving from Germany. Heard that driving through Paris is kinda crazy and that taking a tour bus is the best way to see it?

1. I think taking the train for the weekend and staying in a hotel for a few days would be best. You can easily walk around or take the Metro, and do it at your own pace.
2. Driving in Paris is about the worst experience you can have as a driver... Take the tour company trips......... easy to find. I suggest if it is a rental car that you turn it in until you leave or find a place to park it until you leave. You heard right !!!

Avoid the morning between these hours : 7 to 11, and the afternoon, between 5 to 8.
