What SEPTA bus or metro would I use?

I'm in Chestnut and want to go to Swarthmore. What stops/changes would i make?

1. From Chestnut Hill take SEPTA R7 from Chestnut Hill East station towards Center City and get off Market East. There get on the R3 towards Media/Elwyn and get off at Swarthmore. You can get always get SEPTA route directions from www.septa.org and click on "Plan My Trip".
