What is a cheap/efficient way to get from Amherst,Ma to Boston's Logan Airport?
I need to get from Amherst to Boston in 2-2.5 hours.I know that you can take a charter shuttle but that is like $200. I know that Amtrak and Peter Pan Bus is much cheaper but it takes 4-5 hours. Any suggestions?

- With the bus, it looks like the problem is the South Station to Logan part ot it. The schedule has you switching to a Peter Pan bus to the airport, when that's ridiculous. Peter Pan goes to South Station in 3 hours. From South Station, take the Silver Line to the airport. Silver Line runs frequently and the trip is short. If you can get to Springfield some other way, it's even faster. The Amherst to Springfield part looks like it stops at every town on the way. Plus there's layover time built into the schedule. Springfield to Boston is only 2 hours and small change. With Amtrak, they have you going via New Haven, which is even more ridiculous. There's direct service from Springfield to Boston, but only once per day. Bus is better.
