Transferring Greyhound buses in Seattle?
Considering taking a Greyhound bus from north of Seattle to Eastern Washington. The schedule makes a transfer stop in Seattle. Is it easy to make a transfer here? Does Greyhound transfer the luggage or would I have to do that? Been in some kinda scary looking bus stations before many years ago, what is Seattle's station like? Thanks!

- This advice may be a little after the fact, but I strongly suggest avoiding Greyhound at all costs! The service is terrible due to the poor financial condition of the company and there are many better low cost alternatives! I could provide more detailed info if I knew a little more about your origin & destination but starting north of Seattle I can recommend Northwestern Trailways which has direct service from Everett to eastern Washington. Also, Amtrak has direct train service from Everett to Eastern WA & connecting trains running north all the way up to Vancouver, BC. As for reaching Everett from locations further north, you can easily take public transit from as far north as Blaine through Bellingham & Mt. Vernon to Everett and even on to Seattle if you wanted to. The WTA & Skagit transit systems have express service connecting most northern communities to the Everett station (routes 70x Blaine to Bellingham, 80x Bellingham to Mt Vernon & 90x Mt Vernon to Everett) Again, you have many better options than Greyhound! I'd be glad to help if I can!
