Help! How to get to Singapore National Stadium from Changi Airport?

I'm thinking or MRT or any bus service. I would like to avoid going by taxis, if other possible means are available. I don't mind taking a long route. Thanks a lot.

1. MRT to Bedok, transfer 16. That's the only bus going National Stadium. If you don't mind walking a little, you can also take MRT to ALJUNIED station, take 158, alight at "OPP TG RIA CONDO" and take the scenic path to Indoor Stadium/National stadium. It is about a 10-15 minutes walk.
2. take the MRT from the airport to Kallang station. you'll be able to walk from there to the National Stadium approach the staff at Kallang Station for directions to the Natioanl stadium would take you less than 15 mins to walk
3. take taxi

5. The simpliest is jump into a taxi.....2nd by MRT to Kallang STN and switch by bus to Stadium. Bus 14 & 16 will go there.
