los angeles metro bus question.?

i recently picked up my friend from a metrolink station, and there was a bus stop that says layover turn off engines 2.15 per rule. what does that mean? im going to need to ride the bus and train because my cars in the dealer.

1. That's where the bus stops. There are no more stops after that one. I would know, i live in LA.
2. all they are doing is reminding the bus operator to turn off the bus engine at the layover zone and its in the drivers rule book and its rule 2.15 (nothing the passenger should worry about) they usually do that because they dont want to disturb the neighbors)
