1. National car rental companies usually charge high prices and they usually does not have vans in fleet. I search Google "15 passenger van rental" and found this site http://www.aamcar.com/c-15-passenger-van-rental.php Their reviews on Google Maps look great (that mean you can trust them) and the price in August for 15 Passenger Van Ford Club wagon is $170 with 200 Free Mileage.
