Bus companies or Bus lines that run from Hackettstown to NYC?

Does anyone know if there are any bus companies that run from Hackettstown NJ to NYC? Is there any park and rides close to Hackettstown. What would be the easiest commute from Hackettstown to NYC? I don't want to take the train because it is not direct and takes to long. Any information will help. Thanks
