Where can I find a list of bus stops in NJ that are immediately next to express buses to Manahattan/NYC?

I am looking for places to live that will have me getting to the Port Authority in the morning in less than 45 minutes. I have a wife and two kids and want space enough for her (since she stays home with the kids). Hope for a nice 3 BR walking to express bus stop. I don't even know where to begin looking. How can I identify what neighborhoods to even consider?
