my wife was stopped at a red light when a metro bus side swiped and broke our side mirror.?
he was going to make a left turn and scraped the side of our mini van. no one was hurt but he denied hitting her after the police came. when my wife first got out to talk to him he told her he had already phoned it in and someone from the metro was already on their way. Do buses have forward facing cameras ? Are there any other ways to prove he hit her ?

- I don't know if they have cameras but were there any witnesses? You should see if the cops can talk to the people on the bus. See if anyone could confirm that he was the one who hit her. Other than that i don't know what you could do. I wish you the best of luck!
- He's been taught to deny everything . Look for paint on your vehicle and scratches or your paint on the bus .
- By looking at the damage, I would think it is possible. I would think the cops would be able to tell. I am would think auto insurance companies have people trained in these matters... I would ask them. You should document the damage (photographs) as best you can.
- a lot of buses now do have camera on the buses too bad you don't say what city as several cites call their system metro if you mention what city i can confirm it but without the city i cant
