  1. Hope this helps : http://www.rome.info/metro/
  2. --Coliseum B-Line. The stop is called Colosseo -- stadio olimpico (olympic stadium) You have to take the A-Line and go at "Ottaviano". There you can take bus 32 and ask to the driver to advise you where to stop . --cappela sistina'vaticano A-Line. You have two stops you can choose. One is called Ottaviano (and you have to walk to go at Vaticano, but is near there) The other one is called "Cipro Musei Vaticani" and I think this one is the best for you. --airport For the airport you have to go at Termini Statio and take the spacial train for Fiumicino-Leonardo da Vinci. Here you can buy tickets and see timetable http://www.ferroviedellostato.it/ For Rome subway here tere is the official page: http://www.metroroma.it/MetroRoma/HTML/EN And here is the page for bus http://www.atac.roma.it/
  3. Good links and tips above! I just add two other links. the official web site of Fiumicino Airport company http://www.adr.it/portal/portal/adr/Fiumicino/Leonardo_da_vinci/Header_Window?action=2 to book museums tickets http://www.roma.museumticket.it/HomeCity.action?cityId=2&request_locale=en&gclid=COOn6szcrJoCFUqS3wod3xjKcg&nc=Roma enjoy Rome

  5. The website is www.atac.roma.it. If you go to "route planner" you can find all the routes you need with subway or bus. Coliseum is on the line B of the subway, station Colosseo. Vaticano is on the line A, station Ottaviano. Rome has two airports. Unfortunately neither is linked by subway, the simplest ways to get the center are: From Fiumicino: avoid the train "Leonardo Express" which is frightfully expensive (11 euros!) it is a little a tourist trap. You'd better take the other train FR1 which goes to Fara Sabina and gets many stops in Rome (Ostiense, Trastevere, Tuscolana, Tiburtina...) and costs exactly half than Leonardo (5,50 euros). From Ostiense you can take the subway B (Piramide), so from Tiburtina; from Tuscolana the subway A (Ponte Lungo). From Ciampino: you have to take a bus ATRAL to the subway station Anagnina (line A).
