How can i make bus rides more fun and comfortable?

i travel on charter buses often with lots of people in a few buses. i always wanted to travel on the "party bus", but how do i make it the party bus? and also, when it is like eleven pm and time for bed, how do i stretch out even though the seats recline just a bit, but just enough to annoy you?
