I have a very territorial Italian Greyhound?

I have a very territorial Italian Greyhound. After about 45 minutes of playing at the dog park, he'll start to bark at other dogs excessively. Also, when I walk him around my neighborhood and he sees a dog, he'll start to bark excessively again. He's very socialized and very obedient. So how do I stop this behavior?
