I want to take a simple trip by bus within Orange County. Is there a website or something that can help me figure out everything...

2. May I suggest "www.socaltransport.org". It is NOT a map, but a transportation option website. You simply enter a starting point, destination point, day of the week, and time of day, and the site will list for you, in detail, every available option.
