Can someone tell me how the 'Lynx' buses work in Orlando?

I'll be taking the Greyhound to Orlando.. and without a car we'll have to take one of their buses to our Walt Disney World resort. My question is, From the Greyhound bus station.. how will I get aboard one of these buses that will take me to Downtown Disney? - Do they have scheduled bus stops every few blocks or so, like they would in your hometown? Or is the only place to get picked up by a Lynx bus is by taking a taxi FROM the Greyhound station TO the Lynx bus station? Also, How much does it cost to take the Lynx bus?

1. You would need to take the Lynx to the Downtown Terminal then from there take Bus 50 which will take you to Disney. That will take a while. There are 2 greyhound bus stops one is closer to Disney but not sure if Lynx services that area. Yes, they have stops every few blocks.
