What is another interstate bus company besides Greyhound?

My friend wants to go from Charlotte, NC to Massachusetts. I already have looked up costs for Greyhound but I would like at least one other company similar to it to compare them to. Thank you!

2. Greyhound is your only bus choice. According to Trailway's website, they do not serve NC. http://www.trailways.com/travel/individual-bus-tickets/index.asp#locationInfo Amtrak is another choice, it serves Charlotte NC, and MA.
3. Greyhound is the only one that will go the whole way. However, there are a number of new interstate buses that go from major city to major city. You might be able to go from Charlotte to Washington DC or NYC and take a cheaper bus to Boston. Try Boltbus.com, megabus.com, gotobus.com, LuckyStarbus.com. But be careful to figure out where the buses leave from, they aren't always the same stations.
