GO Transit Schedule Question. ?

On a GO Transit schedule (Ex. http://www.gotransit.com/publicroot/en/schedule/pubsched.aspx?table=38&direction=0&day=1&page=1&city=6&station=BOCL&new=Y ), does the arrow in stead of an indicated time to stop mean that the bus or train just passes the station and does not stop there?
