is they greyhound buslines safe?
I've taken the Greyhound twice, first time was Spring 08, and my second was late june of 08, both times to georgia and back. I know it's pretty safe for the warmer seasons, but how safe is it in the winter? i'm pretty scared about being on the bus and it crashing, so i'm kind of worried about taking it this winter. I plan to travel down south to georgia again for christmas break, and i'm up in ohio... how safe is it? it's the only way I can travel because i am 17 years old.

- If the weather is going to be bad they probably wont drive. How many accidents have you heard of them having...I've heard none...
- It's safe. Those bus drivers went through 320 hours or more of training to get the license to drive that bus. I used to drive a truck. I went to truck driving school for 1 month, then got trained some more at Schneider National Co, then went out on the road by myself. Trust, they know what they're doing. The only difference between them and a truck driver is they have a passenger endorsement on their license. It's second nature for them to drive safely so don't worry. You'll be okay.
