Charter bus from Dallas to Shreveport on Coach America... has anyone taken this? Is it a nice ride? Shady? ?

I know it's free, but is it worth it? I hope it's not scary! But a free ride to Shreveport doesn't sound too shabby.

1. If you are going to the casinos then yes it is a good deal. The casino basically pays your fare from Dallas to Shreveport. The drivers play videos on the bus and it is a relatively smooth ride providing you get a good driver. Last I knew, once you got to the casino, the casino would give you 10 bucks or so in money to play with, whether that be slots, tables or whatever. The catch is, you can't use the bus to travel down there to see relatives or move there or something along those lines. It is a casino only bus. You also have to ride the same bus back to Dallas as you took down there. If you stay over, you risk the next bus back to Dallas being full and there not being a seat for you and you are stuck till the next bus arrives. There is no alcohol allowed or smoking.
