How do I call an 800 # in Mexico (to ETN)? (Desperate!)?

ETN (the bus line in Mexico) lists its phone number as 01-800-8000-386; yet any combination of numbers I use, including 011 and 52, doesn't work. I even tried the ATT international operator, and the 800 # directory, but can't get thru. Does anyone know how to call ETN from the U.S.? Thanks!!

1. go to walmart and get a calling card. worked for mr when i was there.
2. I live in Mexico and I have looked and cannot find any other number for them and their website has no other way to contact them. Maybe if you tell us your specific question someone might be able to help. Or you could email me and i might be able to find out from this end.

Here it is, you dial the regular code for Mexico (011 52) and then any of these numbers: 55 5089-9200 for their office in Mexico City or 33 3770-3777 for their office in Guadalajara To verify this you can go to their web http://www.etn.com.mx/ and choose "Tipos de Venta" on the menu above and then click on "Centel" You cannot dial the 800 number because it is a toll free for long distance inside mexico, I aswell cannot dial a toll free from here to the US.
