Where can I get an italian greyhound in Hawaii?

I've checked everywhere. The newspaper, the humane society, the pet stores, and craigslist. Getting one shipped from the mainland is out of the question due to quarantine of 120 days.

1. Did you try http://www.petfinder.com that is a great site to find dogs Also for a future reference DO NOT buy a dog from a pet store. Did you also try and look for local breeders online?
2. Which area in Hawaii are you located? I did an online search for Hawaii for 'grehound no-kill shelters' and it pulled up the following results on this link: http://www.suprememastertelevision.com/bbs/board.php?bo_table=no_kill&wr_id=60 If they don't have any Iggies perhaps they can give you names & numbers that you can call. 3. Try this site, there might be someone that can point you in the right direction. http://www.italiangreyhound.org/ And, you can now bypass the quarentine with certain paperwork and extra fees. You should check it out.
