where can i find bus routes for southern california?

i have to go from upland and mountain ave. to fontana and cherry ave. does anyone know witch bus is best for me to take???

1. on most metro bus lines there is a website that you can go to that will plan your trip for you.. try metrobus.com or do a google search for the bus company and look for a trip planner. they are very helpful
