1. Gray Line is the one i see most often driving around the city. Here's their map: http://www.coachusa.com/newyorksightseeing/cs.map.asp Looks like $100! https://www.coachusa.com/newyorksightseeing/booking.asp?action=ProductDetail&SEE=1&productId=2322 That's kind of a rip off. I would buy a metrocard and walk around.
2. this is one of the best http://www.citysightsny.com/ they have many combo tours which include museums and other attractions or just the double decker bus rides, uptown or downtown. Both areas are very interesting and worth seeing.
