USA Bus Lines

I need to get from St Louis MO to Keokuk IA by bus. Greyhound doesn't have a direct link. How do I do this?

When I search for a bus from St Louis to Keokuk (or Mt Pleasant or any area in that part of Iowa) I get this message... "The schedule you requested is not available online. This situation may be due to a route not served by Greyhound Lines, or a restriction in place that does not allow Greyhound to offer another carrier's schedule information online." Does anyone know what bus company DOES serve the St Louis to Iowa routes? I'm from New York and am flying into St Louis on the 30th and have to be in Iowa on the morning of the 31st. I've tried googling bus systems and transit in St Louis but am only getting info for their regional Metro Link transit and no bus companies that have routes into Iowa. Thanks so much!

1. Greyhound is the only carrier around there...and they are horrid. I had the nightmare experience of a lifetime on Greyhound a few weeks ago...lost luggage and all. so...for my return trip, I looked on Craigslist under 'rideshare' and got a ride with a great college student who even gave me references. I would recommend you try looking on craigslist and post a message there too. There is also a new ridefinder service called Zimride.
2. I travel through the midwest on business and use Jefferson lines they may serve Keokuk.

4. There is an old saying from the '60's or '70's.......Azz, Gaz, or Grazz -- Nobody Rides for Free !!! Get out on the road with your skirt up over your head and you will have a ride to Iowa in a few seconds. Don't be shy, give a little and you will get alot !!!
