1. He was taken into custody and has been brought up before the court twice. The first time, he just sat there, completely emotionless. The second time he appearantly muttered; "please kill me" when the judge asked if he wanted a lawyer.
2. He is in Prison in Manitoba, he has been in court but won't say anything to anyone accept he mumbled "someone please kill me". I believe he is due back in court in September.
