Bus lines from Miami to Tallahassee?

I know there is Greyhound, but their schedules (or lack of) are crappy. I was looking at TMT transport. Has anyone traveled with them & how long did it take, how was it, etc? -Are there any other bus lines that do from Miami to Tallahassee & back?

1. I lived in Miami for the past few years until recently. I never took a bus the way you're speaking but also look into Amtrack for the train schedules.
2. Not that I know of. My sister goes to college in Tallahassee and takes the Greyhound bus when she needs to come back home. Or sometimes I go up there and ride the Greyhound bus, but thats all I know of. Even though I live near to the Miami Greyhound station i always go to the one in Fort Lauderdale.
