Can someone tell me detailed bus transfers to get from Spokane airport to EWU?

I need to know the buses to take to get from Spokane Airport to EWU -- sending a visitor and tryed to look at the Spokane Bus Schedules and got confused --also what is the latest time the bus runs on weekdays and weekends --thanks so much for the help

1. The last time I didnt have a ride from Spokane Airport I found someone who was going to Sandpoint Idaho and hitched a ride with them. I think now days you should be careful with strangers though. you may even have someone on your plane whos going the same way.
