Finding schedule updates for Greyhound?

Last I heard, my boyfriend's 1pm bus wasn't even that at nearly 2:30om. His phone is off and it's bugging me that I don't know when to pick him up. I tried calling the station he's arriving at and the station he left from, but nobody will answer. Any ideas? I did call customer service, they told me the bus was on time but it was six hours late at the terminal. Nobody can tell me when it'll get in.
