GREYHOUND buses - are they delayed too often?

I am traveling with Greyhound and have some transfers. I am wondering whats gonna happen if the bus is late and I am gonna miss my another one. In one spot I have 20 minutes and in the other one 30 minutes for transfer. If I miss the transfer bus, the earliest next one is going in like 12 hours! Whats your experience? Do they work really with the schedule?

1. Greyhound bus have a owner or owners so have you ever complained to the CO.?? Why not? I think they are the best place to complained to so that they can do some thing about it. Tell them that if thing dose not change you will be changing them and you will see changes soon. GOOD LUCK AND GOOD TRAVELLING !.
