I need the number on the Greyhound bus from New York City to Boston at 11 am?

I have a form that I need to fill out to get a refund on part of my ticket price, but I forgot to get the number from the front of the bus that I need for the form. I took the bus on Monday 12/18/06 at 11 am, but I do not know where or how to find the bus number. This is not the same as the gate or schedule number. Any help, thanks so much.

2. To get a refund from Greyhound you must have the ticket(s) you are wanting a refund for. The bus number should be on there. If you cant find it on the ticket, call Greyhound, they will explain it to you or find the number for you.
