U.S Shopping Trips?

I have heard about alot of charter buses that go to the U.S for shopping trips. I wanted to know where is the best place to go for brand name stuff at a cheap price.

1. Besides, WalMart or Target, look for an outlet mall. There are some malls in Texas near the border for just that type of thing. Like whenever I am traveling through Iowa, I always stop at the Tanger Mall. They have outlet malls in many states. There are a couple in Texas.
