How much should you tip a bus driver on a chartered bus?

I am planning a 24-hour trip for high school kids that involves a rather lengthy bus ride. I have chartered a bus and am wondering how much to tip the bus driver. I already had to pay $3,000 for the bus and provide a hotel for the driver.
