Does anyone know of any other bus lines besides greyhound?

I'm just curious because I've taken greyhound in the past and i was looking at fares again and they're kind of steep. Please help. I am looking to leave from Wayne, ( a small suburb of Detroit) or Detroit, to Manchester or Nashville Tennessee in June.

1. Yes, there are many regional bus lines, one bigger one is mega bus, it services Chicago to middlewest cities such as cleveland, detroit... and in west LA to SF, vegas.... big, clean, direct bus and only $1 for first 4 seats( 3 weeks earlier purchase)
2. it depends on where you are at in some areas there are other carriers other then greyhound Like trailways Jefferson lines (which most operated from Minnestoan to Dallas) then TNMO (which is owned by greyhound) but has a differnet union0 and there is megabus (in the chicago area and california area and dont forget amtrak either where you try to go ?
