Can you plug stuff in on a charter bus? Like if i wanted to plug in my computer, near a normal seat?

i am going on field trip and was wondering if my laptop was to die, could i plug it in from my seat?

Some newer buses might have that (a cig lighter plug). But I had planned to use such similar device on a long fight to Hong Kong only to find that the plug AT my seat broke. So make some alternative plans Good luck...
Some buses have the connection now. What do you consider a normal seat?
