1. Probably a couple of million. Most of the band tour buses are in the $1.5 to $3 million range, depending on how they're equipped inside. Loretta Lynn's "Coalminer" bus was closer to $4 mil.
2. there are allot of companies that make them, look for "Class A diesel pusher motorhome" people useing them as campers can go about $500,000 but if you get carried away you can go up around $5 million, see a thing on the travel channel that had custom imported granite floors and hidden lighting that changed color, even had a 40 inch (if I remeber)flat screen that came out of the side so you can set outside and still watch tv.
