How does one become a tour bus driver for bands and performers on tour?

I have my CDL, and have 5 years driving experience. I was just looking for any insight, as I have wanted to do this for awhile now.

1. I'd look for the companies that customize the big buses for touring entertainers. If you can't find a couple of them using a search engine, check one of the entertainment insider news sources for advertisements by those companies. I did a quick search on "touring buses" (without the quotes) and found this site, which looks promising, but may be only a start - http://www.musicbizbuzz.net/promotions/bus.htm I'm sure there are others.
