I met a guy from Perth Australia on a city bus tour in Vienna Austria on the morning of May 24 2006, we ended up sitting together. We later went for lunch and then walked around the streets taking pictures of statues, buildings, etc. When we parted, like a fool, we only shook hands when we should have exchanged e-mails (but I thought distance may be an issue - I'm from Vancouver Canada). Most people that you meet on your travels you quickly forget, but not this guy. Darn! Does anybody know of any good websites that deals with 'missed connections', or 'searching for', classified ads, etc. Any sort of advice would be greatly appreciated on how to reconnect with someone that they had met on their travels. I better add that I only know his first name and it is quite common. I also know he works for the RAN on a frigate 6 months at a time. As you can rightly imagine the Navy are very private with personnel info.
