what is the fastest way to get to West Covina, from Irvine CA, i dont have a car so?

no car, so like metro, foothill transit? i dont no how to work bus schedules or stuff like that so im lost there, and i need to get to west covina as early as possible and leave as late as possible back to Irvine. HELPPPP
